The Stevenson Terminal will be located south of Bandon and will feature a bus terminal and a hotel in a development project near New Lake and Croft Lake.
This development could spur further development and possible incorporation as the City of Forest Lake.
In a U-Bahn Style, the line will be fully Grade Separated with the exception of an excursion train from Coos Bay to Coquille via the existing Coos Bay Rail Line.

It will include Trolley and Battery Electric Buses, an 11.5 Mile Streetcar Line, an Underground Bus Tunnel.
Services will be Local, Express, The Swift Shot, and Charter.
